Amazing service from start to finish. So much information and help given to make our trip go smoothly.

Ali was so patient as our group size changed and she had to re-jig the tour to accommodate people travelling on different dates. Answered all our questions and listened to our wants and needs.

All transport was brilliant. Loved the Shinkansen and the highway bus meant we saw more of the countryside.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Fergal was brilliant, such a great day with him. Junko was great, she had so much information to pass on. Aki was good but we felt that we could have spent more time in Fushimi Inari-taisha and perhaps walked further up and less time in the very busy market area. She did take us to an amazing Buddhist temple though. Perhaps she could have asked what our interests were rather than just sticking to a known route.
