Friendly and efficient service, both at the office and in Japan. Savannah more than lived up to my expectations set by Tyler some years ago!

As it was one of my reasons for selecting my original trip to Japan, I was very impressed both with the included meals and with Savannah's recommendations for other restaurants.

It is unlikely that I will undertake any further long trips (although one never knows!) Having now travelled with IJT three times, I would not hesitate to do so again.
