We had a fantastic holiday in Japan, thank you

Antonio was very patient with the varying needs and demands of our group, and expert at navigating us through our journey.

Rachel was very responsive, and spent a lot of time looking at flights for us, although we ended up booking our own.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The accommodation was excellent. The only comment would be that at the Asakusa View Annex we went over the road to the sister hotel to try the pool and it took 3 members of staff to understand what we were asking about - obviously not a common request! It was also surprisingly expensive and only open very limited hours. It might have been better not to mention it!

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Other than the trains we had a very luxurious transfer from the airport, and a minibus in Kyoto, which was fine.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The shared meals were fantastic, always lots of delicious options to try. Antonio gave us good recommendations for places to eat on our own as well.
