1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The initial process was easy. I could get all the information before the trip that I needed. Our tour guide, Savannah was exceptional. She truly went above and beyond for each of the clients and for he group.

Savannah is amazing. She is able to provide historic information as well as a great recommendation for my a haircut for my granddaughter. We were seeped in Japanese history and culture. I particularly liked information that she shared about Japanese customs.

Kassandra always responded to all of my questions, no matter how mundane. She was very efficient and thorough.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Each of the hotels was very comfortable- they all had the necessary amenities, plus some luxury items. The breakfasts varied but were quite good. I loved the location of all the hotels and the one inn that we stayed in.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
I loved traveling on the bullet trains, the subways. It was always an extra bonus to get to take taxis a couple of times.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
I loved the variety of the food- and the emphasis on the regional and the local foods. It might have been nice to spend more time in a tea house.
