1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
This is our second trip with InsideJapan Tours. We did Hidden Japan last year. We have been very pleased with the tours and with Japan.

Finn was a great tour guide. He has a good background in the history of Japan and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with the group.

The transportation during the tour was all good.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The food was all good. We had four Kaiseki dinners. While they were all good, perhaps the group could have gone to a local restaurant instead of one of these meals. We know this may not be possible due to relatively small size of Japanese restaurants and the effort to transport the group to the restaurant.

There are advantages and disadvantages of being on group tour. Also, it depends on the areas we want to see next and if InsideJapan is going to these areas.
