Mountain biking
Fancy a day hurtling downhill through the mountains of Gunma Prefecture?
We can arrange half or full day biking down the steep slopes of mountainous Minakami. You'll be accompanied by an English speaking guide and full equipment is provided: bike rental, helmet, gloves, knee protectors and insurance. The motto of the day? "Let's get dirty" and you'll no doubt be pretty muddy at the end of a day's mountain biking. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or experienced mountain biker, there are courses to suit your ability.
