1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We felt the itinerary was really well planned. Very full on but ensured we made the most of our time there and we did all the suggested trips as well as a few of our own.

Very good apart from the slight issue with the return shuttle but great that the Shinkansen bookings were done for us and times were good to ensure we made the most of our next destination.

5. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had two insider half days and a two hour guided tour of the Geisha district in Kyoto. All of the guides were brilliant - very friendly and knowledgeable.
