1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
What a joy throughout. Our itinerary, accommodations, and experiences were very much what we had hoped they might be. In particular we want to praise each and every one of the walking guides InsideJapan arranged for us. Consummate professionals, all. And all a joy to spend extended time with on an eight-hour walk. The thoughtful pace and rhythm of the trip quickly became apparent, and this was greatly appreciated. Big city excitement followed by a calm respite rinse and repeat. A great formula. We have no real, objective complaints about any aspect of our trip. Everything went exactly as planned (special kudos to your train ticket planning and purchasing that would simply have killed me). The balance between planned activities and free time was great. We had precisely the time we needed to get out and do stuff we wanted to do (museums, jazz clubs, a couple of restaurants, etc.) with a great structural foundation provided by the tour guides.

We aren't super experienced here, but we have had one tour from a competitor of yours, Audley, and we much prefer your approach. Specifically, Audley simply gold plates every experience, either pointless luxury enhancements that were often wasted on us. You guys strike a better balance.
