1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We loved Japan, would love to go back. Very happy overall with Inside Japan services, excellent guides in Tokyo and Kyoto. The hotels were all in excellent locations, and in a couple of places, Shodoshima in particular, and Takayama, well exceeded our expectations.

Sasha was great, she listened to what we wanted, organized the parts we'd requested very well and suggested a great route for the second week.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Trains were great, buses a bit less comfortable but everything clean and punctual. Private transfer on arrival in Tokyo was fine, but shuttle bus taking us to airport on departure was late, which was a bit worrying as traffic was terrible.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Camille in Tokyo excellent, very helpful showing us how the transportation worked etc. Guide in Kyoto very good and informative and interesting, but we had just arrived in Kyoto and it was 40 degrees and 70 , humidity, so we couldn't really appreciate her as much.. If we'd had longer with her and could have stopped and had a drink it would have been easier.

It made it so much easier, having all the hotels and transport booked in advance by someone who has good knowledge of the area.
