5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Our driver was excellent. He welcomed us and offered friendly conversation during the ride, making some recommendations of his own. On the drive back to the airport, when we mentioned that we didn't get to see Mt. Fuji (due to clouds), he offered to take us on a slightly longer, but more scenic route, which we agreed to. We ended up with a lovely drive across Tokyo bay.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Both Paul and Hiromi were excellent guides. Paul gave us an intro on navigating the metro system in Tokyo and some local customs to help us be more polite and get better responses from locals. Hiromi had an impressive breadth of historic knowledge on the sites we visited. After our tour, we had parted ways, and my daughter and I walked to a nearby shop for a while. On our way back, we ran into Hiromi as she was leaving a temple area, and she waved us down to let us know there was a cultural celebration going on with a youth Taiko drumming performance. So we got a little extra treat!

The depth of local knowledge led us to see and try some things that we would probably not have known about on our own. The team were all very helpful and responsive.
