1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From the initial consultation, you took ownership of our requirements, including my wife's dietary restrictions, and designed and delivered a package full of enjoyment and interest. Your knowledge both in planning the trip and the insider sessions while we were in Japan added considerable value to what we could have achieved via a more conventional package.

As above, Sarah took ownership of our requirements and planned a schedule taking our feedback into account. She was easy to deal with, responded rapidly to queries and prompted us when required. We felt absolutely confident in what she did for us and that confidence proved well placed.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transport arrangements worked perfectly. Lovely to be picked up at the airport (and in such style!) after such a long flight. Nice to have all the internal travel pre-booked and the IC cards charged. Impressed with Japanese public transport - cheap, comfortable and easy to use...so people do!

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Our two insiders (Tokyo and Kyoto) were both excellent. In particular, Ed in Tokyo took charge of us on our first day and, along with the interesting places he took as to and the information imparted, gave us the confidence to explore for ourselves. Special mention also to Junko whose Kyoto geisha district tour was fun and fascinating such that we followed it up with a visit to the Gion geisha museum and theatre the following day.
