1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We were very impressed from the start. Archie listened to what we wanted and put together an excellent itinerary. The Info Pack was full of useful information, very thorough and a great guide for our trip both before we left and while in Japan. We had a fantastic time in Japan and everything went exactly according to plan.

The transport was spot on. All transport was booked at a good time of day and with the Japanese system being so reliable it all worked brilliantly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our izakaya night with Fergal. He was a very entertaining host and we had a lovely meal. He also gave us some good tips for other parts of our trip.

We would definitely consider using InsideJapan Tours again, but would also feel more confident about arranging a trip ourselves. It would probably depend on which part of Japan we wanted to go to and what we would like to do there.
