1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Very responsive to my interests and requests. Available to answer questions both before and during the trip. I felt very prepared for what I would encounter travelling in Japan. In general a terrific trip! The guides were excellent.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The train was great, although as mentioned above I would have preferred a much later train from Kanazawa to Tokyo. I tried to change the ticket myself but it got too complicated and I gave up.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
The guides in Takayama and Kanazawa were terrific. Very quickly got a good sense of what I would like. The guide in Tokyo was OK. A lovely person, but as it was my first time in Tokyo and I was pretty overwhelmed would have liked more suggestions from her. Despite her blurb about seeing places tourists generally don't see, she seemed perplexed when I asked for that. She didn't help me much in deciding where we should go, and didn't take in what I had already done elsewhere (ie I had had a good introduction to Shinto practices and beliefs, but she wanted to spend time on that).

Now that I have as sense of travelling in Japan I might just plan my next trip myself, since I now also have a clear idea of where I would like to go and what kind of place I'd like to stayss
