1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From the very beginning in contacting Stephanie to organise this trip to landing back in Australia, the service and expertise is evident in every aspect. The attention to detail and thoughtful inclusions make it a stressfree and wonderful way to travel. This was our second trip using Inside Japan and I have recommended your company to countless friends and family. I will definitely use Inside Japan for my next Japan adventure.

We used a combination of local trains subway bullet trains and buses and all were excellent

Each of the guides in our package were knowledgeable and very passionate about their local region. It was a delight to learn more from locals about their culture food and the local areas.
