1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Excellent Info pack which was indispensable (although there were a couple of minor errors in it ) Very good email communication from travel consultant. We had a very good guide who gave us an excellent grounding in practicalities and culture and introduced/ told us about two wonderful places not mentioned in the information pack.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Very good on the whole except a couple of the buses ( Kanazawa to Shirikawago and Takayama to Matsumoto ) seemed to leave unnecessarily late meaning we had less time in those places .

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
The guide was superb. He gave us an excellent grounding in practicalities and culture and introduced/ told us about two wonderful places not mentioned in the information pack Kiyosumi gardens in Tokyo ( in our opinion the most beautiful we saw ) and the Shoji Hamada memorial house in Mashiko which for us was a truly inspiring place.

As an introduction to Japan it was fantastic but if we did it ourselves next time we could tailor it to more 'off the beaten track' experiences.
