1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The scheduled arranged by Lucie our contact agent was absolutely perfect with hotel selection and number of days at each stop. The portable wifi modem was an excellent addition but a power pack was required to keep it top up when out and about. Another very positive point was the support we received from the in country representatives from a call immediately after an earthquake and also when we had the issue with the luggage.

Lucie was extremely understanding of our very loose expectations and requirements and managed to create a schedule pack with all the relevant information which made our journey through Japan virtually seamless apart from our own little learning opportunities.

All of the arranged pick up and drop offs were perfect and the train tickets and times allowed for a smooth tranistion.

The guide in Nagasaki (Norrie) was a lovely guy with good English and was extremely knowledgeable.
