1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Stephanie was efficient and diligent and incredibly helpful and friendly. She replied promptly to my emails and offered excellent suggestions.

Nathan was just fabulous! Considering this was his first tour you would never know it. He was kind, considerate, thoughtful and very funny. His 'dad' jokes kept us highly entertained every day! His historical knowledge of places we visited was exceptional and I loved it when he said 'I'll take you to my favourite place or reasturant'. We all loved him!

Cannot fault Steph in any way -) I loved the laundry suggestions and the Pupuru was absolute gold!

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The only place where I didn't think the value equalled the price was the Shinjuku Prince Hotel. At 600 AUD a night it had the same brand of amenties in the bathroom as Hirayu Onsen but less of them. I understand the location is superb, my room was on the 23rd floor and the room was a decent size, but I expected more for that price, in terms of extras.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
That's funny because we all commented and counted the different types of transport we experienced along the journey. Loved them all. I have no qualms about any of our transport options.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Unbelievable! Everything was so fresh and deliscious. I particularly loved the onsen meals, where you cook your own and the attention to detail where my dietary needs were so well adhered to.

I think it is exceptionally worthwhile and safe having a tour guide, especially one like Nathan.
