1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Booking: we had to prompt to get seats booked for premium economy. This was late happening and the choice was limited. The pre travel booklet was excellent. Tour : exceeded expectations, the logistics of getting from place to place dovetailed perfectly. The itinerary was varied and provided superb contrast between bustling cities and serene mountains.

This was Nathan’s first trip as tour leader, but the logistics of the trip were excellent, we fitted in so much without feeling rushed. His approach enabled the group to laugh together and explore new things while maintaining the schedule.

Loved the Shinkansen, enhanced experience by using public transport, so much better than sitting on a coach all the time. We used trains, buses, taxis, ropeway and loved the experience!

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Nathan’s choice of restaurants gave us many opportunities to try different foods, we had the best sushi, we tried eel and octopus, curries, mochi to name a few, with good value for money. The goodbye dinner was special. Having Nathan with us gave us confidence to try different foods.

The itinerary was very interesting, superbly designed and organised. This gave us opportunity to explore and make the most of the trip, with the backup of our tour leader to arrange the logistics in the background.
