1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We will comment further in the appropriate sections but both the travel consultant was very good and the on site tour leader was excellent.

The whole Majestic Japan experience was probably above our initial expectations. This was very much augmented by the efforts of our tour leader Hanan Alaghawani , an extremely enthusiastic and hands on individual. Hanan a non Japanese young woman bought a very Japanese attitude and work ethic to our day to day experiences. This included both individual and group pre tour information, adapting each day to differing group requirements, ensuring all group members food preferences were catered for and no destination request was overlooked . In particular we were very thankful for Hanan’s patience and understanding with many direct questions and her willingness to address all issues . We wish her the best for the future but know she will contribute positively to the benefit of participants on many more tours .
