1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I am thoroughly delighted with the service from your company. Loved the information I was given, the pick ups at airports were easy. Delighted Nick had done his homework as we all had many questions.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Nick genuinely wanted everyone to enjoy Japan as much as he does. He was well informed & enthusiastic, he never forget anyone & was professional, approachable & efficient/ intelligent. We did have one female fellow guest who was incredibly negative & had limited walking capabilities. I thought people had to declare such conditions as per your General Terms and Conditions, the contract we all signed. Yet this did not stop this lady been rather mean, vindictive & downright nasty.

Loved all accommodation except The Indigo, reasons already stated.

I did like the transport, on coaches I thought bottled water could have been offered due to the heat.

All meals were fabulous especially the geisha Osaka meal, best meal of the holiday.
