1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The whole experience was fantastic. Katherine was very helpful, answering all of my questions in a timely fashion. The booklets were great, giving an overview of what to expect and the accomodations, and what to bring. Only thing I might suggest is recommending some books ahead of time to get ready for the adventure - Shogun (which I'm reading post trip) and possibly some films. But, all in a, it was fabulous.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Sophia was great. Corraling 14 folks is never easy but she did it well. There were many disparaging remarks about bicycling days before the event. She felt she needed to scare off some folks but it wasn't pleasant and the cycling turned out to be so much fun. We appreciated Sophia always having ideas for dinner for those of us not too energized to explore possibilities.

very helpful, giving advice in preparation and always in a timely fashion. Also appreciated Katherine giving me some insight regarding the ages of the other attendees - thereby relaxing my anxiety of compatable travellers with an 18 year old and a 75 year old.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
It was so nice to have a blend of the traditional accommodations as well as the comfort of western hotels. That really added to the whole experience.

The transport was seamless and comfortable.

I absolutely loved the total experience, including traveling with my 18 year old grandson. I am a physically active, capable 75 year old who loved all the activity but I know that my 80 year old partner would not have managed all the stairs and walking.
