1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Jenny was incredibly helpful in booking the tour and answering all my detailed questions leading up to the tour. And Savannah was a fantastic tour leader! We learned so much from her about Japanese history and culture! And she was so friendly and personable- we all felt like we’d made a friend! There’s so much we couldn’t have done without her- she organized a j-pop concert for us and always had great suggestions of what to do in our free time. We never would have done karaoke without her organizing it (and we had such a fun time)! She surprised the group with a party for a tour member who had a 16th birthday and organized a very thoughtful gift for our 25th anniversary- she really was on top of all the thoughtful details! I wish Savannah could lead every tour we take!!
