everything was great, from booking to itinerary to tour group leader.

David was very clear and calm even in stressful situations. He has a lot of knowledge about Japan and it's history and also had a very nice manner and humour.

a good variety of very nice accommodation. At the ryokan in Takayama one futon was not enough! when we requested a second, it made a huge difference.

trains and buses very comfortable and where there was a private bus, it was all good.
