1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Inside Japan is a phenomenal company and I am so glad I was able to book my trip to Japan with them. The locations the tour went to were spectacular and the ease of booking was great. I was very satisfied with the communication before, during and after my tour. I had a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back to Japan.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Yuki was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure that each and everyone one of us was taken care of. She was knowledgeable, always cheerful, helpful and a bright spot in our tour every single day. Her dedication to ensuring that we enjoyed our trip could not be more evident than the fact that she was the 1st one up and the last one to go to bed because she was making sure every detail had been taken care of. She helped several of us make alternative plans during our tour and even took a group of us to visit Nara on our free day in Kyoto when she very well could have just told us how to get there and back. Of all the things I miss from my time in Japan, talks and walks with Yuki will be the thing I miss the most.

Kassondra was so very helpful when I first contacted Inside Japan. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to do for this trip but she helped discuss the various tours with me and even helped me plan a post tour visit to Osaka. Kassondra was very accommodating and went out of her way to help me book my tour while I was in Trinidad on vacation. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is inquiring about the services of Inside Japan.
