By the end of the trip I was very satisfied.

Tom worked really hard so during the entire trip. His choice of eating places for the first few days were not to my taste - and bordered on chaos at times.

Difficult to judge as we had a change of consultant after the initial booking. Archie was very helpful when I contacted him.

The ryokan was a disappointment. Rather than set in a natural environment- it was in the middle of an industrial estate
