1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Only comment is that the whole experience and trip itself was brilliant from first enquiry to the welcome back email on return.

I would give more stars if that was possible. Brett was totally amazing! Organised, knowledgeable, great fun and incredibly helpful from the first meeting on arrival to the last morning on departure.

Aaron was organised and responded quickly to my queries. Knowing Aaron was 'on the case' really helped me feel relaxed about the trip in the run up to the departure date.

The hotel in Nikko was not as good as the others. Understand that the hotel represents a different type of experience. But it felt a little 'tired' in comparison to the others.

I had no experience of Japanese food before going on the trip. I very much enjoyed getting to know about the ingredients and even got better at using chop sticks.

I felt very confident that you could do what you said in the information about the holiday. I was travelling on my own for the first time to a country I had never been before so peace of mind was very important for me.
