1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
accommodation choices and reserved tickets on trains and private transfers worked really well. we particularly enjoyed Omo 5 Hakodate and Lake Towada - the onsens and food were amazing. we also loved the shuttle service at Omo 5 Hakodate as it was very easy to explore the main attractions.

Andrew was very helpful and provided many tips and ideas. He responded to any queries in a timely and professional manner. He was quite knowledgable about places to visit. Was very grateful for assistance with getting refund on baseball tickets due to game cancellation.

excellent private transfers and variety of train travel

2 guides booked were excellent, particularly Everett in Tokyo. Guide in Sapporo was also wonderful in helping us get into a baseball game att short notice
