Very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs and requests. Thank you Xinmei! There was only one minor misunderstanding because we were traveling as a group with two other couples and our request for attending Easter Sunday mass in Odawara was only booked for us and not the other couples. I should have been more specific and not presume that the others were included.
