1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our trip was done via Hays Travel Agents. The work and organisation done by Inside Japan was truly amazing. The info pack was a bible that guided us through every minute for 2 weeks of brilliant planning. We cannot thank Inside Japan and Jess specifically, enough.

All transport was of the highest possible quality, the drivers were courteous, punctual and helpful in every way. The train transfers were planned to perfection

We had three guides during our stay. Kinga, Mitch, and Takeshi. They were lovely people, a joy to be with, and we are grateful to all three.
