1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We were given excellent advice and guidance from beginning to end.

Alison Muskett was a huge help as she listened and worked out the kind of tour we might like. She also offered excellent advice and helped us to add in parts of the tour that we that we would not have known about ourselves.

3. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
We had a good mix of modern hotels and ryokans.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
All trains were excellent and the bus ride up into the Alps was also very good (we were a bit worried about that bit!) All of the private tranfers were excellent and very professional.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Mickey in Tokyo was excellent especially as everything was new to us. She gave us a comprehensive tour and was very easy get along with. She also gave us invaluable help reserving our seats on the various train journeys we were going to make over the duration of the trip. Tada in Kyoto was a force of nature. He was very interesting and knowledgeable and told us lots about Japanese history, culture and the way of life. We had a lot of fun...Tada's moss! The Gion tour was also very good and very informative. The Satoyama Cycling Experience was brilliant. Hisa Matsuo was very professional and we had an excellent trip around Hida with a small group of lovely Japanese people. All were well worth the money and we learnt much more than a guide a book could teach us.

We would quite confident now to travel independently however we fully grasp that on the ground advice and knowledge does help a lot to fully maximise time.
