1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
As a group of five, we appreciated being able to start with a ready-made, well-structured itinerary that we could customize to fit our preferences. Having all the train, bus, and flight tickets arranged and delivered before leaving the U.S. was very helpful since we were packing in a lot in a short amount of time. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to go back!
