1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
InsideJapan blew past our expectactions and delivered us an exceptational experience.

Tim was extremely helpful. He took over from a previous consultant we had when we originally planned to travel in March 2020. We were very grateful to have Tim recreate our original itinerary and also add in Hiroshima as a destination!

The private car was a great touch! The shared shuttle back was satisfactory, we got picked up early (which was great) but sat waiting for another couple who were not punctual.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Reiko Karita was an amazing guide. She took us on a fun adventure. Where areas that looked crowded, she was able to navigate us around to avoid them. We found great history and hidden gems that we knew the other people overlooked or took for granted. We were grateful to have her to provide answers and history to all our questions. Thanks Reiko!

If we planned the trip ourselves, we probably wouldn't have done or discovered 90 of the things. Likewise if we plan to go again.
