1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The service was excellent. Everything was well organised and detailed in our documents. From specifics about hotels to train tickets and train times, and suggested routes. Very well explained.We knew what the paln was at every step.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
All the hotels were very good. However one problem was the Omo5 in Kyoto. Three of our party were vegans. Unfortunately the hotel had a very poor selection for vegans, with the only thing we could have for breakfast was lettuce. I didnt expect much to be honest, but if they had just included cereal, or even plain rice, then we could have had breakfast. As it was we had to cater for ourselves, which was difficult. I understand they had been asked about this and indicated it would be fine, but this was not the case. We did raise it with the hotel but they didnt offer any solutions.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had excellent service from Frank for the ramen tour and Kimi for the Kyoto tour. They were friendly and knowledgeable and they definitely helped us get more out of our holiday, so we want to extend our thanks to them.
