1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Inside Japan Tours took the time to find out what we wanted from our honeymoon and then made it happen. Lucy has been an absolute star she really knew her stuff and was able to tailor the tour to show us the best of what Japan has to offer. The information pack we received before departing was so comprehensive - perfect for first time visitors to Japan. It gave us all the confidence we needed to visit a country where we couldn't speak the native tongue! We had the time of our lives and have come back home as total Japan lovers! We will be recommending you to any of our friends who look at travelling to Japan in the future.

Lucy has been amazing. Her attention to detail ensured that we had an excellent trip. She went the extra mile to get us to the beautiful places where we have made wonderful memories to last a lifetime. Lucy was also very considerate when catering for my vegetarian diet she provided us with a translation that we used everywhere we ate and she was able to find us hotels that offered vegetarian meals and breakfasts.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The location of all the accommodation was brilliant - particularly in Osaka where we felt in the heart of the city. The hotels in Takayama and Kyoto were particularly modern and welcoming. We had the best time in the temple on Mount Koya - we probably wouldn't have booked something like that ourselves so it was exciting to try something new. I even got on board with the onsen in the end!

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We were really impressed with the bullet trains, rail passes and kansai thru pass. They all worked brilliantly.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
The bike tour around Hida (near Takayama) was a really good afternoon. It was good to spend three hours chatting to a Japanese person and getting their perspective on life in the alps. The scenery was beautiful. The guide told us about the Obon festival that was on that night so we delayed setting back to Takayama and stayed for the fireworks.

Having someone who knows the country so well book your holiday means that you get the best out of your holiday in terms of location. It was great having so many recommendations. Inside Japan saved us a lot of planning time when we were busy putting the wedding together. We felt that Inside Japan went the extra mile.
