1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I had a wonderful time! The tour guide, Savannah Sutton, was so helpful and fun. The places we went were pretty varied and nice experiences. The help before the trip and making sure we had everything done and ready was helpful too.

Great! It was fun to go on the trains and ferries (and private buses when needed). It's nice to help the local economy so the taxis worked well too.

Now that we have some experience there we may try to do our own thing if we go again. But because of the language barrier and not knowing anything about the country going on a tour first was really helpful and we learned so much about the history and customs of Japan we would not have known without a lot of prep and study before going if we went on our own.
