Antonio French was a fantastic tour leader. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, organised and great company. He worked so hard to ensure everything ran smoothly and we had the best time. I could not have asked for a better tour leader.

Emma was very knowledgeable and helpful when I booked. She answered all my queries and made me feel confident about booking. I phoned her from Heathrow when my flight was suddenly delayed 24 hours and she was able to contact Japan office and get them to sort everything out for me which was so reassuring.

Great to have the travel passes and bullet trains booked. I loved the different modes of transport and was glad we used these.

Tour well organised. Price good value. Very glad about no single supplement. Both travel consultant and tour leader excellent. The tour was fast paced but included alot of great experiences.
