1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was an amazing experience from the initial phone call with Ali through to Michael guiding the tour and introducing us to Japan. It was probably the best trip I have ever been on. It was a real example of how tourism should be delivered with personal attention to detail and true expertise.

Michael was amazing - we couldn't have asked for a better guide. He went above and beyond - always calm, containing and professional but also personable and keen to share his experiences in Japan. Really knowledgeable. He made the whole trip a smooth and seamless experience. Top man!

We really liked the mix of accommodation - the opportunity to stay in traditional inns/temple lodgings with the western hotels. The inn and temple lodgings were a real highlight!
