1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Service from both my consultant and leader were top knotch! Traveling so far way from home, made me a little anxious but prior to travel, my consultant made me feel so comfortable and during my stay in Japan, my leader made me feel right at home.

I couldn’t have asked for a better tour leader! Shingo was AWESOME! He made us feel right at home, answered every question we had, and gave my son some suggestions on places he might want to visit during our free time.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The accommodations were nice! Breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were extremely small- but that’s just Japan. All in all, I thought the accommodations were perfect (especially the Fuji- Hakone Bath House)

The transport from and to the airport was perfect! The buses, trains, and cable cars were all as expected- busy!

The meals were amazing. Breakfast every day was a great start! The varieties offered were amazing. The two dinners that were provided, were our favorites- especially night 1 for our welcome dinner!

If I found a trip that specialized in specifics that I would be interested in seeing again, then I would definitely book through inside Japan. I would also book, if I was guaranteed Shingo would be my tour leader again!
