1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
A wonderful experience a really great introduction to Japan that gave us a multitude of experiences both socially, culturally and historically. Could not have been better. From start to finished pitched at the perfect level.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Pitched explanations at a very good level, was extremely flexible with the group that in the main worked well. I would have liked to know a little more detail in advance about each day. For example in the last two days in Tokyo it felt a bit unstructured as did the afternoon in Kanazawa where we took ourselves to the art museum and everyone went back to the hotel and it was only 2pm! I know that’s what they wanted to do but it meant that the tour leader went with them to the hotel rather than spend time out in Kanazawa. I appreciate he could not leave the majority and we were fine and obviously this flexibility has its pros and cons.

3. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
Did not ask for my full name at the booking stage which meant we had to pay extra later to change my name. Otherwise had been really excellent.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
All hotels were very comfortable - the Japanese bath was really appreciated especially as most of the hotels also provided bath salts.

Could not fault the variety and choices. Loved the fact we did all inclusive it worked really well.

We would be going with my grandchildren so it would be dependent on the suitable tour at the time.
