1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I chose this tour because of the relatively small group size, the flexibility built into the schedule, and the opportunity to visit some cities that were not major destinations for US tourists. I usually plan all my own travel in Europe, South America, and elsewhere, but I was a little nervous about traveling in Japan, so I chose a tour. It was the first time that I had been part of a tour group, and I was pleased with the trip, the accommodations, and my tour guide was outstanding. I also had the good luck of having interesting travel companions, and the group got along well.

He is passionate about Japan and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is very knowledgeable about history and culture fun and flexible, and did lots of small things to enhance the trip.
