1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I am so pleased I booked a tour to Japan with Inside Japan. Ali had great communication with me from my earliest consideration, and accurately answered all my questions. I felt I was in safe hands, and was going to be going on an accurately described, and well-organised trip. David was a fab in-country guide. The tour was just the right length and met the brief of being Japan Essentials.

As above, David was fab. Knowledgeable, great at herding kittens, just the right amount of sociable, very organised, and responsive to my questions.

As above, Ali was spot on with her comms including style and tone. She answered all my questions, and was exactly as responsive and enthusiastic as I needed her to be.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Loved the variety and moving around. It would have been good to have had more traditional Japanese style accommodation, but at least the Western-style is reliable.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Absolutely loved the variety and moving- it is a great holiday when you can say you have been on planes, buses, trams, boats (even a pirate one!), cable car, and bicycle.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Again I loved the variety. Not convinced tempura prawns for breakfast will be my UK staple but interesting to see/taste. Absolutely loved the sushi, and cabbage pancakes experiences. But the highlight was the Korean market food in &332saka. I felt I had the opportunity to experience the variety of food that I expected to.
