1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I started working with Inside Japan in 2019, just prior to the pandemic. So my contact with the company spanned several years before we were finally able to make the trip. I appreciated going to the more out-of-the way places and hope to return to Japan before too long.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
We have done multiple small group travels and usually arrive a day before the tour begins. This was the first time that our leader met us prior to the tour. And it was extremely helpful for him to do that, helping us get local currency, figuring out how to order in a restaurant and helping us settle in. Fergal was great about teaching us how to navigate the transportation system, knowing that we would be on our own after the tour. And he even mailed a package for me so that I wouldn't miss out on a local tour. He also was extremely helpful to others on the tour. We truly felt well taken care of!

My travel consultant was changed not long before the trip, so I didn't have that much contact with Tim. Haley did a lovely job and I wish her well. And Tim did a good job as well.
