Inside Japan were attentive, patient, and personable through every step of booking and planning. Tour guide was attentive, caring, organised, and helped us have an amazing time safely and on schedule throughout. I'm so happy I booked through you and thankful for your service.

Brandon was the perfect guide for our group. So calm, kind, knowledgeable and attentive to the individual needs of each traveller. He is very talented at his job and I would happily go on another tour if he was leading it.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The guest house in hakone might not be for everyone. You have to share the bathrooms which aren't attached to your room and book in showers one at a time. It's part of the experience and only one night but less comfortable than I pictured

Public transport was perfectly organised. Shuttle services were on time and excellent.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The food in included dinners was pretty good. My favourite was the Hakone teriyaki chicken. I would skip the Alice in Wonderland pasta dinner...I would have preferred non Western options. All breakfasts at accommodation were excellent and full of exciting options.
