1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From initial discussions to finally receiving this email,I can’t fault your company. Everything has been done professionally, and in a timely manner. Sian was very helpful, reassuring and informative. I really appreciated Sian’s call a few days after getting home and the timing of this email is great. Other companies I have used, and having spent a lot of money with them, haven’t followed up with a personal phone call and review emails arrived before arriving home. I am impressed with you service.

I left Meg a note to say that I think InsideJapan are lucky to have her. She had a difficult job, with a diverse group and she managed to balance everyone’s needs. She was informative, kind, generous ( buying us food to try on many occasions) and most of all, great fun.

It was great experiencing local as well as benefitting from private transport. I’m a great advocate of using local transport where possible andthe balance between the two was good.

They were great. We had a great variety of restaurants that we wouldn’t have come across on our own.

I have never ever wanted to return to a country I’ve already visited but Japan is an exception. I loved it and feel there is more I want to see.
