1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was a good mix of experiences and a fantastic overview of Japan. We liked that we visited must see tourist spots but did not focus all our time there. The smaller towns and nature visits were even more impressive.

Not a fan of communal showers prefer private baths but tour had right amount.

I like using public transport in Japan in all forms. I doubt, however, most other countries would be as organized, clean and punctual.
