1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had the best experience ever with InsideJapan! I would absolutely love to come back and do another -- this has been my favorite trip I've ever gone on.

Brandon is the best!!! He is an amazing tour guide. He catered to each of our interests, and did research over night to answer questions we had. He even tried to help me find the pajamas that the Hotels give you! He went above and beyond, and he was also just a great dude to talk to, and made the trip super enjoyable. He even got me to eat Tuna for the first time ever when he made us some Poke from scratch. He was calm, cool, and collected at all times, and we couldn't believe how many things he had in his magic backpack. He was always prepared! I could not have asked for a better guide.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The traditional guest house was the best! The other places were very classy and nice, but I preferred the hospitality and home-iness of the guest house.

I could never have done it without Brandon. It was great to have a guide, and it prepared us to do it for a couple days ourselves after the trip. The Bullet Train is the nicest way to travel ever!!!

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Perfect. The Takoyaki was the only thing I ever spit out, and that was just my own taste buds failing me!! Everything else was amazing. I loved that Brandon would order all sorts of foods for us, because I never would have known what to try on my own. My mom asked on a call what our favorite thing was so far, and without pausing, I said the food! I've already gotten cookbooks since I've gotten back, and I'm trying to reproduce all of the amazing food we had.

InsideJapan made it easy to enjoy the trip without stressing over the details. I could just enjoy the moment while Brandon kept us all on track and in the right direction. He also taught us a lot about Japan that I never would have been able to learn if I had been on my own.
