1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I appreciated a well-thought out brochure with very specific instructions, warnings, advance of everything we were to do and expect in Japan and on this trip

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
I really got along with Charlea. I thought that at times, she had a good deal of responsibility and things on her mind which made her a bit abrupt with a few people. I also want to keep in mind that she had a death in her family while leading. She was efficient with loading us into cars,getting on trains and great at ordering all food in restaurants. She was terribly well versed in thegeisha life but lacked an enthusiasm as to giving background on sumo wrestling. I know there were undercurrents of some criticism.... but I , personally, was very pleased with how she lead the trip.

Except with the Ryokan. Of course the last place in Tokyo was beyond my expectations.

It was excellent--taxis,trains,van and bus returning to airport

After awhile, a bento box is more than I can bare...but...it is Japanese...never saw Ramen and very little variety at dinners...but it is Japan
