1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
In very large part, Inside Japan made travel in a potentially challenging country (where we had no language skills and very limited cultural understanding) easy and painless. All train tickets were supplied and worked well, instructions about how to move between locations were clear and detailed, and most of the hotels were well chosen. Advice given prior to travel by Chloe was also extremely helpful. Crucially, when we became lost on a mountain trail as darkness fell, INside Japan's 24 hour emergency phone proved crucial in enabling us to call emergency services, by acting as translator for nearly 2 hours as we talked to Japanese emergency services who only spoke Japanese (we had two phones speaking to each other). Thank you greatly Cheyenne and Mayuki. I also needed to identify an appropriate hospital when I feared I had had a stroke. Again Raw Travel were great in providing the best advice (fortunately I was ok).
