1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The tour was what we hoped for, some busy cities and some places without tourists. The tips given by Inside Japan were very helpful, like forwarding luggage at 3 moments or a taxi reserved for us when it was really helpful.

she is a good listener and she gave excellent suggestions. She reacted quickly when we had questions. And she is a very kind person.

This was well organised and easy for us to already have the tickets. At one occasion, there were no tickets (which seemed weird in the first place), but then we could pay with our Suica card, so that was not a problem.

We were happy with the guides. They answered all our questions and were very useful.

I think of making a ceramics tour with a friend, we don't know yet when we would do this tour. As we both were in Japan a first time, maybe we will try to organise ourselves. But nothing is discussed yet.
