1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
God bless Inside Japan for making all the lodging and transport arrangements. Our trip was a custom adventure that used the first part of the Honshu Hiking self-guided trip, but was customized to add Takagama with a guide, Gero with an over-the-top ryokan, and Gifu with a guide.

Deborah made herself available to answer all our questions and, more importantly, made an extra effort to make sure the custom part of our trip was great (with lodging, guide, and transport).

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
It was such a relief not to have to try to figure out train and bus schedules. We were able to make all the transport connections without a problem. And we really appreciated the car that was scheduled to take us to Chubu Nagoya Airport on our last day.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Hisa Matsuo in Takayama was awesome and the day with him was one of the high points of our trip. Nobuko Kanie in Gifu had limited English, but was very accommodating to our wishes.

It was great to have the transport arranged and the lodging choices were superior. Getting the portable wi-fi was huge!! Your advice to use the luggage transport system made our travel so much easier!
